In honour of our 30th anniversary, His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales has kindly given us a tour of his extraordinary gardens at Highgrove at 3pm on Sunday 25 August 2019. Our tour will be led by an expert guide and places are limited to a maximum of 26. Since this is likely to be over-subscribed, places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis with priority given to members who have not previously seen the gardens. Guests are welcome but limited to one per member so we can include as many subscribed colleagues as possible.
For obvious reasons security requirements will have to be met in full. You will, for example, need to bring a form of photographic ID with you on the day (a passport, driving license or bus pass etc) and be asked not to use mobile phones, cameras, binoculars or any form of recording equipment. More information on this will be included with your ticket.
Tickets are £27.50 each for members and £32.50 for guests, with all income being used to boost Folly Fellowship funds. Afternoon tea will be taken at Highgrove’s Orchard Restaurant and is additional to the ticket price. On this occasion members are asked to dress in smart casuals, i.e. no jeans, tee-shirts or trainers please.
This trip is now full, but if you’ve made your booking, you can pay by sending a Paypal payment to firstname.lastname@example.org or send an email to email@example.com and say how many you want to pay for and you’ll be sent a Paypal invoice by return which you can pay online.
