Hugh’s Follies

We start the day at Broadway Tower, visited by Gwyn Headley when he was aged six and so arguably the birth place of the Folly Fellowship. We then drive to Taston near Chipping Norton where FF member Hugh Sherbrooke has built a number of follies including a dovecote, a grotto, a rondalvo, a boat house, a dome and a sheep drover’s bridge. There should also be time to inspect the Temple at Ditchley Park, and the Rollright Stones, finishing with tea!
