Eleveden Hall, Suffolk- Stories of Guinness day – 13th June

Time: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM

A one-off culture festival that EA Festival will host at Elveden Hall on 13th June. The idea for this one-day event, Stories of Guinness, came about when Lord Iveagh (Arthur Edward Guinness), the owner of Elveden, asked me to interview him about his new book, Guinness: A Family Succession, last year. That occasion led me to brainstorm a slate of talks themed around the Guinness family - and, by extension, history, architecture, empire and inheritance. It’s not every day that Elveden Hall flings open its doors to reveal its spectacular and storied interior to the public, so we’ve devised a rich and vivid menu of talks, tours, art and music - more than enough to justify a day exploring this extraordinary house and its remarkable history.
Tickets are £85 for all the talks plus £20 for a house tour.
Tickets are here: https://ea-festival.eventcube.io/ Scroll down to the June 13th event.
